Financing of Artsakh is planned in amount of AMD 144 billion in 2023 budget: Tigran Khachatryan
The Government of Armenia plans to provide AMD 144 billion (about $360 million) of funding to Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) under the 2023 state budget, Finance Minister of Armenia Tigran Khachatryan told lawmakers at a parliamentary committee session on the 2023 state budget draft, 1lurer reports.

He said that the funding for Artsakh in 2022 was again AMD 144 billion.
“The funding will be unchanged next year,” he said.
Another AMD 20 billion (about $50 million) is envisaged as extra funding in case of possible issues.
