Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan said Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev has violated the agreement that was reached by the Sochi trilateral statement, ARMENPRESS reports.

“In his latest speech, president Aliyev flagrantly violated the agreement on refraining from the threat or use of force, stipulated in Sochi trilateral statement. Oddly enough, he accuses Armenia of violating mutually agreed statements!” the PM tweeted.

A trilateral statement was adopted based on the results of the meeting between the leaders of Armenia, Russia and Azerbaijan in Sochi on October 31, 2022. The statement said that the sides agreed to refrain from the use of force or the threat of its use.
