Defense Minister of Armenia Suren Papikyan will not go to Minsk to participate in the joint session of the CSTO Foreign Ministers Council, the Defense Ministers Council and the Committee of Secretaries of the Security Council scheduled for today, 'Lurer' was informed by the spokesperson of the ministry.
Earlier we reported that Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan will not participate in the council session either.
